I belong to a small fellowship, and we finally have enough K-3 kids to begin a second classroom. Most of the kids in this group have never been part of any UU curriculum, and I'm interested in people's recommendations of a great introduction to UU that would be age appropriate and fun:) I only need to fill 8 weeks, because we're running OWL's the first 8 weeks, but mostly, I just want to find a really great set of lessons to start them off with.

Re: new RE materials for K-3 UU's?
Fri, August 8, 2008 - 2:05 PMYou might want to look into the Tapestry of Faith series which offers some downloadable material. I know that last year, the UUA was looking to field test the curriculums for free. They may not have a series for K-3 but you might be able to modify the 2nd and 3rd grade one to suite your needs.

Another great curriculum for that age group is 'We are many, we are one".
~The OWLS isn't for the young group is it? Do they have a curriculum for that group?
